This is a collection of 6 of my best winter related Lightroom presets that will help you to add a high quality look to your travel and adventure photos. Start your photo editing from a whole new level and save the time you were struggling to find the perfect settings. 

Inspired by my last travels to Canda, Norway and the Italian Dolomites I developed these presets through thousands of photos and put together a collection that will fit for nearly every situation.

    Lightroom Versions 7.3 and higher:

     

    1.) Open up Lightroom, select an image of your choice and make sure you're in the Develop Tab. 
    2.) Search for 'Develop' in the top menu bar and click on 'New Preset...'.
    3.) A little box will pop up that let's you title your test-preset. Enter a name of your choice (e.g. "test").

    4.) Click on the second tab 'Group:', scroll the dropdown menu all the way to the top and select 'New Group...'.

    5.) In the pop up box you can now title your new preset folder. Enter a name of your choice (e.g. "Manuel Dietrich Photography Summer Presets") and click 'Create'.

    6.) Skip the settings tab and click on 'Create' once again.
    7.) Your new created preset folder will now appear in the Presets dropdown menu to the left. 
    8.) Right click on this folder and select 'Import...'

    9.) Simply navigate to the unzipped file with my presets, select all of the files in the 'XMP' folder and click 'Import'.

    10.) You can now delete your 'test'-preset and you're ready to go! :)

     

    Lightroom Versions 7.2 and lower:

     

    1.) Open up Lightroom and click on 'Edit' at the top (next to File) on a PC, then 'Preferences'. On a Mac, go to 'Lightroom' (in top left corner) and hit 'Preferences'.
    2.) There will be a new screen that pulls up. Click the second tab named 'Presets'. 
    3.) Hit the button 'Show Lightroom Presets Folder'. 
    4.) Double click on ‚Lightroom‘ > ‚Develop Presets‘

    5.) That's the place where you put the 'LRT' folder of the unzipped file.

    6.) Start Lightroom again and you're ready to go! :)
